the scenes that were shot on SETS...specifically the hospital and Company seems were almost normal and as close to the old format as possible. No more crazy camera angles and tight close ups. The lighting was spot on and the sound was good. The minute they cut away to real locations like that stupid stairwell and the office Bill was using then it was right back to the inferior production quality and terrible sound since the revamp.
The set scenes show to me that they are TRYING to somewhat recreate the look and feel everyone likes but in the uncontrolled setting they can't.






I've noticed that the shaking is barely there anymore along with the extreme zoom-ins & outs.
I think the lighting & sound have improved big time. I actually don't mind the outdoor scenes. Sets the show apart from the other soaps.
