Additional Comments: Why was Alan never called to the stand to talk about his participation in the accident? Did I miss something here?

Message: I think because they don't have anything on him. I think they thought if there was a conviction of Grady, which they pretty much thought was in the bag, that the evidence against Alan would then come. But if Grady didn't ''kill'' her, then Alan couldn't have either. Actually, I think it was stupid for them to go for murder one. He wasn't trying to get Tammy in the first place, and they knew that. Why not go for felony homicide or something? fee
