Subject: Budster, thank you. I miss you guys everyday on my screen! I'm going to the So Long Springfield Tour next month and I can't wait to get the chance to meet some of my fave GL stars and tell them what they meant to me as a viewer of GL for over 40 years. It has always been clear that this was CBS's decision to cancel GL. There are those who think that P&G didn't really try to shop the show around, but I believe they did. Which network would pick up a cancelled major network soap opera? None. Direct TV tried it with Passions but failed. There just isn't a market out there for cancelled soap operas.
