I would be grossed out too.  I won't tell my family though, they like Subway and it's better than Mickey D's I think.  Try Quiznos!

My 17-year-old sister works at Subway! I have to go with Q on this one. I probably wouldn't eat the sandwich, but I wouldn't say I'd never eat there again.

Well, flies get in my house. Heck, we caught some  mice in the attic last winter.  And sometimes I'll find a dog hair in my cereal, from my dog.   Stuff gets in food.  Not that I'd eat a sandwich with a fly in it, but at least I can understand that. If the sandwich had a fingernail in it, or a wad of spit --- then I'd steer clear of a restaurant.  What rating did this particular Subway get from the health department? If it's an excellent rating, you have to chalk the one fly up to "life".

I've worked in a restaurant and I've worked for a food company. Nothing is clean, just as nothing is clean in your house.  I just deal with it.  What I object to is purposeful contamination of a food product. If the sandwich maker snatched the fly out of the air and placed it on your sandwich, sue the b@stards!

EWWWW!!

I almost never eat there, and now I'm thinking never sounds good!  I have to tell my neighbor about this, she's an inspector for Subway in the Cleveland area! I'm praying that's not where you live...
