I get the whole life affirmation thing so I wasn't bothered too much by the proposal at the funeral. But for Bo to say getting married the day Nash goes into the ground will give Jessica something positive on that day was self-justification for tacky behavior. His niece had a major meltdown at the funeral; I doubt she'll want to remember the day she buried her husband as the day her uncle married. Sheesh!
As for marrying at the mansion - yeah, that's a big, ole SPD and Matthew got the "honor" of doing it.

I agree. TACKY! I get the whole life affirmation thing Bo has going, but what about waiting until, oh -- I don't know -- TOMORROW? If Bo isn't thinking clearly enough to know that Nora's house is the last place they should get married, I'm in no hurry for him to resume his duties as Chief of Police. He's clearly senile.

Calm down! While I agree that they could have waited maybe another 5 minutes, Bo did refer to life affirmation, and how you never know how much time you have. That's the rush! Now, you and I both know that this is totally plot driven to allow Nora to be in the comfort of her own home when she drops the bomb on Lindsay. Otherwise, would Nora even be at the wedding?
As for Bo, he can be a real sap sometimes. Why hasn't he taken back the job with the police department?
And just how long are Bo and Nora going to do everything Matthew suggests? That's where Bo is most lacking. He shouldn't have put Nora on the spot like that.
