Nash Spoiler: I just heard that OLTL has let Forbes March go and that Nash is going to be killed off in June. I had heard rumors for a few months now that a leading man was going to be leaving the show but never thought it would be Nash, I thought maybe Miles. Supposedly Forbes March was not very happy about being let go. Did anyone else here this I am shocked!

That's fine. But a very important note to TPTB:
Please PLEASE PLEEEEEAAASSSE don't let this send Jessica back into Antonio's orbit!
''JAVA'' (longtime - and likely traumatized - posters will recognize that phrase) tasted BAD the first time around. We really don't want a second cup.
Ever.

This is unexpected. I thought he was a fan fave. Did he do something to piss TPTB off?
Nash/Tess were a great couple IMO.

You know, it's strange, just the other day I was thinking that the Jessica/Nash story really was in a lull and wondered if it had run its course. I was also curious (and delighted) that they were giving Jessica and Cristian more scenes. We've never really had much between these two with Bree in the role. So far I think they have pretty good chemistry and I like the history played between the two .... for too long, you'd never even know how deeply they loved each other as teens!
I remember a few years ago at one of the Daytime Emmy Awards, Bree, Forbes and Kamar were presenting together and I noted the body language among the three. You could see Bree was very comfortable and at ease with Kamar (and I've read they had a very good working relationship and enjoyed having scenes together) but then I noticed the opposite with Forbes like he rubbed her the wrong way. You could just see it on her face and how she responded to him when he leaned in front of her to talk in the microphone; she looked and sounded a bit annoyed with him.

Looks like RC/FV are dropping most of Dena's cast additions.
I don't think it is to save money for Andrea Evans return as one poster mentioned. Each writer has a plan for a character and if the new writer doesn't want to go through with that plan and doesn't have another use for the character, the character is dropped. That was one of OLTL's big problems a few years ago, too many headwriter and cast changes.
I have mixed feelings re Nash's departure. I can't say he is one of my favorites.
I like Jared and want him to stick around.
Vincent was no surprise as the character had no story and I wasn't too crazy about the actor or character. I would much rather have RJ back.
Hopefully Layla will stick around. I have heard nothing to indicate she is leaving.
If Miles is definitely a goner, I will miss him. David Chisum's portrayal was very good and I thought Llanview needed someone like him. Yes the Marty/Miles storyline was a bit of a mess however David still made Miles likeable.
(doing the happy dance)... I've read a couple of items recently about someone being let go. It does seem like they have been setting up Nash for a huge fall, so it would be logical.....what am I saying--it's a soap! Anyway, I digress. I liked FM as Scott Chandler--I can't stand him as Nash.
I wonder if he is the actor alluded to in last week's SID who got "too big for his britches" and made demands that caused problems on set. I was thrown off by the term "fan favorite".....
WHOA! That's a big one. I didn't see that coming. Wow
