Additional Comments: I was pleasantly surprised by BB today. As you may know, I am not the man's greatest fan. In fact, I'm one of his greatest detractors. But I though he did a good job today as Cole standing up to Todd. It's the most animation I've ever seen from him. If he could just be like that all the time I might grow to like his Cole. Is it because he was playing against TSJ? Did his acting coach weigh in? Did a light bulb finally go on? Whatever it is, I hope it stays.

Message: Nope! Still hate him.
I think someone finally told him "This guy raped your mom, act like it!!" But IA the kid was good.
I'll be honest, I always thought it would have been better if they had Cole come to town to seek revenge on Todd for what he did to his mother. Best revenge, Starr, Todd's heart. I'm not saying that I wanted Cole to rape Starr but to have him pretend to fall for Starr only for her to get her heart broken. No different than alot of teenagers falling in love & getting hurt. This whole rapist victims child falls in love with rapist child just doesn't work for me.

Message: He was decidedly better, and I think alot of it was the writing. Usually, Cole's dialogue is repetitive and boring. However, I couldn't help thinking that the scene would have been really stellar with a different actor as Cole. It continues to bother me that Patrick's son is so mush-mouthed and inarticulate. And when he glowers, I keep thinking he's gonna turn green, burst out of his duds, and become a mini-incredible hulk!
Yay! I know I'm BB's only fan on this board, so it's good to see someone appreciating him other than me. I really do think he has improved (although admittedly there was nowhere for him to go but up). Look, Cole is Patrick's son, so I love him. I can't help it.
BB picked the perfect moment to bring his best game, didn't he? I love that Cole is brave enough to stand up to that whining, child-abusing coward who used to be Todd. And he gets bonus points for telling Todd the unvarnished truth -- that everything he feels about Cole is a twisted response to what Todd did to Marty.
Damn. I feel just like I did when Jen Rappaport finally got a fan or two, LOL.

Message: Agreed! I was actually going to post the same thing. The intensity he had in his eyes was amazing. He made eye contact! He made eye contact with something other than the spots on the wall! I was truly impressed.

Message: I agree Wanda, his acting was actually believable today, although I think he has improved since he first came on the show. The scenes with Todd were great, especially when Todd grabbed hold of him and spoke to him directly in his ear, that was pretty scary!! LOL
