Additional Comments: Im confused about the blackmail. Todd and Ramsey kidnapped Shane, so how can Todd blackmail Ramsey about anything, both are culpable. And Ramsey skated on the attempted shooting of Shane. Sometimes these convoluted story lines are just over my head. Thanks

Message: It is a bit convoluted, but I'm guessing that Todd's role in what he and Ramsey did is minimized in those papers. Frankly, I'm glad to see Todd using his brain instead of trying to handle Ramsey via brute force. I think this tactic is rather clever.

Message: I think that because Todd got Gigi to side with him and they both signed this paper, they are basically saying that if anything happened to either one of them or Shane these papers would go to the DA. I suppose it will be Ramsey's word against two people, so Todd is essentially let off the hook about Shane's kidnapping because Gigi and him are now supposedly allies.
