Additional Comments: Every episode seems to be more and more plot driven. What I love about RC's writing, and what brought me back to the show, was everything was more character driven and it wasn't so blatant that everything is just to quickly advance storylines. I can't wait until the opening credits no longer say written by Gary Tomlin. Not that the show is bad, but it's nowhere near as good as when RC is head writer.
I agree completely. Some have been critical of 'Ron's writing' and have apparently not noticed he is is not listed in the credits. The writing for these recent weeks has been Gary Tomlin.
Ron had just gotten started before the writers strike kicked in so he didn't have a chance to truly show what he can do.
His work reportedly begins airing May 5th. From all the news and spoilers I've read, should be an interesting summer.
