Gemini actually revealed it first (so thank Gemini, not me!) in the previous spoiler thread... I just thought this news deserved a thread all of its own.
According to her official web site, Susan Haskell is indeed returning as Marty.
But hey, we all pretty much knew that was coming now, didn't we? :-)

Dorian's involvement in BE-
Second half of May has a big BE shareholders meeting. All the chess pieces are being moved around and will see a huge checkmate with huge consequences. Will see a lot of fun, drama and humor (I say Asa is alive & well)
I have always thought Asa is behind the take-over attempts. I thought Asa may have made these provisions with people before dying, but I wouldn't be surprised if Asa is actually alive.
More stuff...
We CAN tell you that Marty's return -- scheduled for early June -- is an important piece of a larger, very exciting story that will help "One Life to Live" celebrate its 40th year in a big way!

LONG interview with RC for the Closer Look, he talks about basically every storyline so I will just summarize.
Charlie/Viki -
Building to the truth about Jared coming out. Charlie wants to tell both Rex and Viki himself. May is not about when will they know its who will blow it.
Bo/Lindsay/Nora/Clint -
Will play up Lindsay's developing feelings for Bo in May and RJ will play a role in it.
Jared/Natalie -
He loves the couple. The goal is to have there romance come to a head in May. Jared will take action to win her over and show her that he wont make the wrong decision again.
David's return -
When he left he left with a lottery ticket Viki gave him and we will see that it brought him luck. He will stumble on to something huge. Not just treading water, we are talking huge step forward. Tuc is not going anywhere
Ramsey/Cop shop -
Who is in Ramsey's room. RC has seen speculation that it's Marty, Caitlin or Tina. Those are not bad guesses. We see Antonio confront John and Talia in a big way, RC was over that SL.
Gigi/Rex/Adriana -
Rex and Adriana will make it to the alter it will be a very eventful wedding
Mannings -
The kids run away. RC says Blair has been looking like a doormat so in May she stands up for herself.
Jess/Nash/Sarah/Cris -
It was strange like Nash and Sarah flirting. Nash is married and is happy the Sarah thing is not going anywhere.
Miles -
He is not confirming anything about Miles. He had big plans for Miles for Feb, he wrote the ball but once the Strike started the last week of the ball was re-written. Miles was supposed to be connected to Allison, who was not going into a coma and her CD was going to play and affect 8 people. Other decisions were made when they left.
Michael/Marcie -
Another thing that happened during the strike. M&M's anniversary will play in May.
