Additional Comments: Is it strange that Viki will meet Ben in Heaven but not Sloan? I understand that she can't meet Joe because the actor is dead, but it can be explained that she already visited him during her prior trip to Heaven. Same with Megan Gordon; she had a vision of Megan shortly after Megan died. Sloan was one of her husbands; he should make an appearance. And why should she meet Mel? They were close but only for a few years. I can think of other closer friends who have since died such as Jenny Wolek. Also, what about Virgil, her guardian angel? Will he make an appearance?

It would be great to see all those characters. But we live in a time that is far more budget conscious, comparing to Viki's previous trip to the great beyond in 1987 (an era when soaps had production money coming out their ears).
As well, some of the actors who portrayed the roles you're referring to may have declined or were unavailable.
By the way, I didn't think Jenny had died... Did this occur off-screen?
