In terms of Tuc's return, he says "David is going to stumble on something huge." And promises, "He's [TW] not going anywhere."
He says it was never his intent to turn Ramsey into Spencer, part 2, with a finger in every pie. He also feels the new bitchy Adriana "came out of nowhere" and that Blair became too much of a doormat in recent months and that will change. He also disavows that weird Nash/Sarah detour and says it's not going anywhere (yeah!).
Seems like Miles was the strike's biggest casuality because he was directly tied to Alison's secret and everything that happened at the ball was not RC's plan, but now he has to live with it.
He also said Michael and Marcie suffered during the strike and vows to showcase their love. And he feels Dorian and Langston where given short shrift and will fix that.
And finally, the big BE story will come to a head during the second half of sweeps. He promises "a big checkmate with huge consequences. I think you'll be happy."

Did Tomlin create Spencer? It would then make sense that Tomlin would change Ramsey into Spencer's image. But Spencer got on my nerves with his all-knowingness, and Ramsey, who I originally liked, has become ff material. Hope RC can fix Ramsey so he becomes watchable again.
I kind of like bitchy Adrianna, but she's going over the top. Why can't characters get in touch with their inner bitchiness without going all Cruella DeVille? Adrianna has a reason to be concerned about Gigi and Rex's attachment to her, but she's gone waaaayyyy over the top.
A definite yay(!) for a return to Dorian and Langston. Langston needs to get out of the Starr/Cole story hell and get one of her own. Ditto about Blair being Todd's doormat. I can sort of buy that her love for Todd is blinding her to his behavior. But I have had a hard time swallowing that she would in any way sanction Todd's abusive treatment of Starr just to keep the peace. When has Blair been about keeping the peace?
Alas, for the sake of sea and sometimes myself, it doesn't sound like RC has any plans to kill off Cole in the near future...
