Before she leaves Heaven, Viki should flashback to her previous trip as a tribute to the first storyline. She stated that her experience seemed "familiar." It's a shame that she never remembered her first trip. It would also explain why Viki only visited Asa & Ben, when she has lost SO MANY people in her life. She has actually visited them before. Aside from remembering her first trip, they should also flashback to her vision of Megan standing in light, at the end of the Midsummer Night's Dream episode back in the 90s.
Is Agnes God? That was so clever. Maybe tomorrow Asa will get off the phone with her.
I like how they showed Niki. She explained that she goes wherever Viki goes. This explains how Niki was dead in the first storyline, yet was resurrected at least 4 times later.
I was disappointed with the constant mentioning of Megan Gordan. Her absence was glaring. That is why I hope Viki remembers seeing her dead daughter in the past.
What I would I like to happen, more unlikely though, is the explanation of how Victor & Mitch were in Heaven in the first trip. I wish they would explain that the recent resurrection of Victor was a hoax, and that Victor was dead all along. (Why he was in Heaven I don't know. Perhaps that's what Viki was willing to believe.) Also Mitch. Either the last Mitch was a fake or perhaps he was in a coma after his death was faked, and Viki saw his evil spirit.
By the way, are there any other characters from the first Heaven storyline that have since been resurrected?
I rather like the idea bandied around here once upon a time that the Victor of the "Heart of a Lord" story wasn't really Victor. Dorian implied as much in a line a year or so ago but then it was dropped. IMO that would redeem Victor's character a little. Don't get me wrong. He still is an incestuous child rapist, but in his own warped way he "loved" Victoria. (Many incest perpetrators claim to love their children - it's not really love but they see it as such.) Anyway, I can't see that man making her choose which child is going to give up her heart so he could continue to live. The Victor Lord who was on the show from the beginning was domineering and overly interested in Victoria's life. That actually plays with the incest storyline. But not "Heart of a Lord".
As for Mitch - let him stay dead. He was once very interesting as a villain, but I grew to dislike him in the "Heart of a Lord" story. I don't like my villains all knowing. And I hated, hated, hated the rewrite of history that made Jessica a Lawrence. Total c^ap.
I wish since Niki was just herself today and not pretending to be Viki, that they would have brought back Niki's red wig like they did in the first heaven storyline!
Victor's appearance in heaven happened almost a whole decade before the show revealed him to be a child molester.
