Did Bo/Asa sleep with Emma? I saw the scene where Gigi goes back in time and finds Rex/Bo in bed with Emma and I'm assuming they had sex but never saw if Bo/Asa ever got together with her.

The other thing is if Rex/Bo slept with Emma back in the 60's wouldn't the real Bo know about it and know that he could have gotten her pregnant?

I also wonder how this will play out with David.

That part is very confusing. I didn't think that much about ''Rex Bo'' sleeping with Emma and thought it was just a history change. However, when 2008 Bo and Clint were reminising about Bo's going away party, Clint made the comment that Bo was off making out with one of Renee's girls half the night. When Clint asked Bo her name he brushed it off and made reference to Clint being upset over Maria. Perhaps real Bo DID sleep with Emma OR bring that up was a red herring. If Bo did sleep with Emma, David most likely is Bo's son. If not they wouldn't have brought it in.

I think it's actually more interesting if David is Bo's son instead of Asa's now that Asa is gone. How will goody-goody Bo deal with a wascilly wabbit like David as his son? And won't Rex be jealous!

No, Bo's Asa never slept with Emma. You're right that Rex's Bo did sleep with her.

But that doesn't necessarily mean David's paternity has changed. Emma could have already been pregnant by Asa and not known it. Emma and Asa could get together shortly after the 1968 story. Or maybe the real Asa was unsure about David because he knew he'd been with Emma but maybe not in time for her to be pregnant with David.

Unfortunately, RC's re-written Buchanan history from the 1968 story is now fact, since Clint and Bo were talking about it when Bo got back. Clint thinks Bo went off with some girl that night, even though Bo can't remember it that way. So maybe Bo is now David's father. (Neither Clint nor Bo recognized Asa's picture of Emma, but now they both apparently met her and young Spencer decades ago, and Bo slept with her.) I highly doubt it will be Rex since I think the story was written like Quantum Leap - Rex' consciousness was just in Bo's body, not that Rex's body was there and people were just seeing him as Bo.
