There are some players who seem to never hang up their gloves, but the average career of the professional baseball player is 5 years. That does not seem like very long. I wish Fed Up were here to offer her opinion.

    Back when I watched all the Cubs' games, I knew all of the players in the National Leaque.    Based on that knowledge (like it's going to help lol) I'm guessing.... 12.
