I hate it when someone sends you an email and then that box appears that says the sender wants you to verify that you received their email.....grrrrrrr......I don't know exactly why, but that just rubs me the wrong way......
If the person wants to know if I got their email, then they can just call me, LOL
Mostly it's when I am at work and I get these, I usually click on the option that says, ''never notify''
ticks me off I tell ya.....
My daughter has that on her emails.....wth?????
Does this bother you? or should I call my doctor about switching my hormones again? ;o)
I've received a few over the years but they are few and far between so it doesn't bother me. The last one I received was only because my friend was having internet problems and wasn't sure if her emails were getting out.
I've felt like sending receipt requests because there are some times I answer a person's email and never hear back. Why do they bother asking or telling me something if they won't acknowledge the reply. That's really annoying & fortunately it only happens occassionally.
I haven't gotten one of those in a long, long time. I can't remember the options. I think I just clicked on ''received'' or whatever it says.
And YES they did annoy me. There are times when I can't or don't want to answer an email right away. Those things always made me feel like I had to since they knew I had read theirs.

I have never had one of those emails.
I would not play that game...but, that is just me.
We have this stupid thing at work where you have to verify you are going to a meeting and it bugs you every day till you swear you will be there or you turn them down. If you say that you will - just to make it go away...it then reminds you every day about the upcoming meeting - So, the only option is to say you arn't going.
