Topic: I'm back from New York! (pics inside!)

Hey guys! I'm back from New York and it's impossible to say everything I want to say! The first thing is . . . the city is total madness! I have never seen so many people in my life. We went to see 'Grease' (the main reason for the trip) because local boy Derek Keeling is now starring as Danny Zuko. We got to meet him and Taylor Hicks ('Teen Angel') after the show during a 45-minutes Q&A just for the West Virginia group! I'm posting pics of them, but I have never posted my pic on-line here (sorry, just one of those things) but I am sure you would rather see them!  ha ha  I also got to meet Rupert Gee at The Hello Deli. We took the 2-hour downtown bus tour just to see what we could see and it was great. I'll have to go back again and take the uptown tour. I definitely had a great time!

Yep, ya gotta love Rupert! Wish I had had time to go to a Dave Letterman show. Maybe next time. And I would LOVE to go to a SNL taping! So much to do, so little time! - jobo

Welcome Home! I would love to see NYC!!! I know Mexico City had tons of people!! How wonderful that you got to go to the meet/greet!! I love the photo of Rupert!

I have been but I think the last time I was there I was 4 or 5. Surprisingly, I remember a LOT from the experience. /JoEllen

Fantastic. So how did hometown boy do? Bet he was a hit (loved him on Grease...Want). Also, what did the tour bus point out? Inquiring minds want to know. I've done the city (since I lived there for 20 years) so I don't know what the tour busses point out. Where did you eat?

Hey Tori . . . I was amazed at the SIZE of Manhattan! Every one centers around Time Square and how cool it is, but there is soooo much more to see! And we just got to see the downtown area. I would love to go back and spend a day in Central Park. - jobo

What FUN!       I'm glad you had time for the short bus trip.    They can pack a lot in, can't they?     I just saved the pic of Times Square to my puter so I can put it on my jigzone site.    I like it.    It's interesting with the color and kindof b/w look in the background.  

I ran into your picture on my hard drive when I was looking for another picture to show JAN when she was here and had forgotten I even had it.    Did I twist your arm for that?   LOL  It is with your guy at the beach in '05.   

She's cute people and has long ______ hair.   :-)

Hey Girl! I remember that pic. I only sent it to you, Rusty and I think Doopy. And that is the SO that I am still with, and went to NYC with. I would like to go back and stay 3-4 days and really take my time sight seeing. -jobo

Yeah, I knew it was the same guy (well I figured anyway.) Terry and I would LOVE to go back to NYC for a week. And stay right in the thick of things. Wheeeee. Gail
