Subject: Hi jooles! So great to see you here mate! How's it goin? How's your love life? I hear ya on the lactose. I'm not big on cereal, but like some of the fiberful ones now and then. So I use almond milk and it doesn't upset my tummy like cow's milk does (pickles)

Subject: My love life? Well, we're settling into our new house :-) The milk that I use is modified cow's milk. It's heat treated to break down the lactose into glucose. I don't like the soy/rice/almond milks. I love my cow's milk.....jooles
