Subject: Hi, Abra! I agree... we take the hotel bottles. We stayed at a Hilton in CA, and they had Crabtree & Evelyn products. I am still using the lotion from there, and plan to buy some when it's gone. It's wonderful. I'm sure that, in cases like that, it's a marketing ploy. In my case, a successful one! - Doopy
