Additional Comments: I've seen the commercials for this Friday night's episode....am I hearing right? Is it the FINAL episode, or just a season finale? I've read in some of the posts that it wouldn't be back, but I was really hoping they'd give it another chance. Every time I start watching a new show that I get really interested in, it gets cancelled. If it is the last episode, wonder how they'll wrap everything up?

From the first episode I saw this as a limited run show, or something better suited for cable. Having run the first season on non-cable they've built a fan base, who would most likely follow them to cable.

I am pretty sure it's only the season finale. I have heard this is a pretty popular show, so I wouldn't be surprised if it gets renewed for another season. I haven't missed one. I am not saying that it's the best show, but if you have followed it, you'll certainly understand it better.

I haven't heard this news. We only got to watch the first three shows and then have the rest of them dvr'd. I guess if it is getting cancelled, I won't waste my time watching and can clean up my recordings list. I really did enjoy what little I got to watch. Oh well....

Very probably/almost definitely won't be back on CBS (ratings, money...), but they are/have been shopping it around, hoping to maybe find a home for it elsewhere... their entertainment president is a big fan of the show and would like to see it survive (and Showtime is a corporate sibling, so maybe...). While not yet dead and buried, it's definitely smart not to hold your breath on it... but we have been assured that there will be some 'closure' on tomorrow night's finale... could go on, but won't leave us dangling TOO badly if it doesn't.
