Additional Comments: I am still on the fence about Three Rivers but caught up on the last 2 episodes on my ON Demand from Comcast and I was VERY VERY confused.
First episode dealt with the pregnant lady needing a heart. In that episode the blond guy, Ryan, who looks like Mark Paul Gosselear from Saved by the Bell was already up and running and working.
Second episode dealt with the girl that needed a double lung transplant and was going to get it from the "good" boy from Boston but who might have killed someone (I didn't get that part of the storyline - it was a little confusing) but it was the episode where they introduced MPG look-a-like Ryan as it was his first day there.
WTF? Did anyone else notice that?
Third episode was about the 2 teenagers in the hospital who both needed hearts and everything seemed to be back on track.

Message: I think they are trying to make the show too flashy with all their technology (really, in Pitsburg - I would think of all the flash in a major metro hospital - but I digress) and not enough behind the storylines. I think that doing the flip flopping of the episodes goes to show that they don't even have enough confidence in the show and that is a turn off. I am not taping it, just watching it on demand if I have time.

Message: They changed the episode order because the original pilot apparently was thought to be weak. IMO, all of the episodes have been fairly bad so they needn't have bothered. Anyway, I believe the remaining episodes will air in order. It's just a question of how many will be shown. The ratings are not good, and I think this show could potentially be cancelled at any point.
