Was anyone else thrilled to see that psycho Tracey get the boot?  I wanted her and Liz to both go.  A few weeks ago Liz was saying how southern women get revenge and she was going to kick Tracey to the curb and then when she had her chance, she didn't.  She's an ignorant hick and I'm hoping she goes next.

My favorite player, Abby, should still be on the show.  She is the most genuine, caring person on the show.  I can relate to her weight gain from grieving so I guess that's why I'm rooting for her.  I like Shay but her constant crying and whining and playing the martyr is a bit much.  Right now I hope Rudy wins it all.  What a nice guy.

I do have to give Tracey credit, though. She's kept up her momentum and looks really good right now.  Still, I won't miss her crazy faces and outrageous talking.  The woman is nuts.

The vacation to D.C. was so much fun! I loved seeing them in a different location, having to deal with different issues, such as staying in a hotel, no access to the usual workout machine's etc. I was really inspired by the first challenge: getting the public to participate in a group exercise. What a fantastic message that sends! I am so proud of Allen and all his firefighter buddies, he should have won this challenge. I bet the firehouse is regretting that ONE guy who called in sick that day! ;-)  Picking veggies from the White House garden and making a salad must have been alot of fun too. I was definitely surprised at the high numbers on the scale this week. That is to say, I am surprised they lost so much weight this week!

I too am glad that Tracey is gone. I agree that she is totally nuts! I like both Danny's but always get a twinge of something about the younger Danny because he's had much more opportunity than the rest of the group. He went 2 weeks either gaining weight or not losing any weight. Why is he still there after that?  Shay should be losing at a faster rate than she is. She is almost the only one still in the 300's, and she is losing at the same rate as the girls in the low 200's. Something isn't right. I want her to do well though. I am rooting for all of them.

She looks tremendous - what a transformation BUT that does not mean she didn't deserve to be ousted. Had her team been given the vote the last weeks after Mo went she would have gone then (and should have gone instead of him).

I know it appeared Jillian got through to her but I'm not so sure. Even in the end she basically said she was playing the game where others are HONESTLY taking their health and lifestyles into consideration first and foremost.

That said how interesting it was between her and Liz. Liz was one of the first so angry at Tracey and then became a mini-Tracey herself. I hope she goes next, TOO!!

I know once the votes are in they needn't show the others but I'm betting Tracey got a landslide other than the ONE vote for Liz. I won't miss Tracey's antics and those constant over-the-top facial expressions. She has a wonderful supportive family. One must wonder what they thought as they watched her strategy.

The D.C. trip was fantastic especially cooking in the White House with Obama's chef. Knock me over with a feather that Liz won the challenge when Allen had all his firefighter brothers. What a mistake she made sitting out that penny challenge - I KNEW the last part would be the hardest WHY didn't she?

Loving the interest Bob is taking in Amanda. She's a sweetie and lives less than 10 miles from me. Yay Jersey girl. I also have a sweet spot for Danny as he and I share a last name (my maiden name is Wright) and I was soooo happy he made up for his last two horrid less-than weight-loss weeks. Then again Daniel the elder is becoming the inspirational poster boy. I also have a special place for Shay. To think of the years that young woman floundered and gained and now her life will be saved as she surely would die (as would Danny) had they not had this show. Rebecca will be fine - she's kind of middle of the road but successful and that's nice to see as well. Allen is plugging along. I guess I see Rebecca and Allen as okay where the others are still in dire need of Bob and Jillian's help. Rudy is really doing his thing. I really didn't notice him all that much (with the Tracey drama) until this week!

Lastly - gotta say it! I saw the first week then missed 2 or 3 episodes. I didn't realize it was Tracey who collapsed that first week until they showed the footage. My heart was in my throat for her (back then). Last night I didn't care if she came in dead last I cheered her to finish that mile in D.C. (Shay too)!! Then to see her go back after losing over 80 pounds with her family to finish what she started?? Wow!!
