Additional Comments: I don't really watch Grey's all that often, but I have seen the past couple of weeks. Why is Owen so in love with Christina? I just don't see any connection with them as a couple at all. I think Teddy is great!

I think I know what you mean, muffy; though I enjoy watching them together, I've never seen exactly what it was/is that brings them together. They actually started with him just being attracted to her physically, I think, and planting a big kiss on her when they first met! It was cute, but I sorta thought it was just one of those chemistry things that was superficial.
Cristina and what's-his-name, her ex-supervisor with whom she got intensely involved (the actor who was let go over a controversial event), definitely started out just admiring each other, so it was more believable when they attacked each other in that closet scene. (That was hot! Hmm, she does this a lot, doesn't she?)
I guess they've both learned to appreciate each other's talents & passions over time. And I guess the occasional love-at-first-sight story really has a long-lasting story. (Come to think of it my parents had one of those stories.)
Hey, at that last scene, when she was questioning him about "Teddy" (what a weird name - what's the origin of that, anyway?), I was remembering that Kevin McKidd, who plays Owen, started on the show as a short-term character. Maybe the producers have since decided he should remain and is needed. I do like him.

Message: Owen fell for Christina last season and they have been together since. It's not a classic love story at all. Owen suffered from nightmares having to do with his time in Iraq and he almost killed C in the middle of the night. He had to get help in order for her to take him back. She can be a difficult person, and Teddy on the other hand seems very out going. Apples to oranges... Teddy for some reason has believe that Owen and she would get together if he and his other girlfriend broke up. By the look on his face last week when she said that, he NEVER thought of it. I think Christina is going to be a bit challenging for Owen, tho he does love her, and I think Teddy will be that constant by his side. I doubt it will about who Owen wants, but moreso about who wants OWEN...lol
