Subject: Kristy was the wrong one to leave. As for Syesha, she's a very good technical singer but needs to lose the power ballads and show her other side. I think she'd be amazing. Carly has the same problem...........always over singing. She has a rich, deep voice that goes unexplored week after week. At least Kristy listened to advice and was making excellent progress. I hope she gets that contract that Randy was talking about. /sb
