Subject: You are never going to move forward if you keep this word alive. What is so complicated by that. If you want to use that word in your home, by all means go right ahead. But when I was a Manager in a mostly minority work place I never allowed that word to be use. No matter what race was using it. And I think that is 100% the right thing to do. Respect isn't given it's earn. How can you expect others to respect you when your not respecting your own race by using the word? It's just a blatent double standard. And where did you get this statistic that there are nore whites in jail than blacks?- Logan
