Additional Comments: Just sitting thinking , that christening in midweek, must have been really early in the morning, as everyone is still wearing the same clothes, and evidently went off to work. Funny i christened all my babies on a sunday afternoon at church, then came home for the food and gathering of family and friends.

Message: Yes, we do the same. And I've never seen the Godparents say anything. Also , the parents actually hold their baby , not the Godparents.I like the idea of them saying something, it's special.
