When he found out that Heather fainted, as the scene faded to black, he kind of looked annoyed packing his things in his suitcase, maybe he's just frustrated, but I don't think he's realtionship ready. Skye must have just been a booty call in college, bc I doubt he had a real romantic relationship with her. He was upset about her for a few episodes, and now he seems to be over her??? Did he even cry? I guess its not important, but Adam is getting cold.

I have to disagree here, I watched that scene again, and Adam seemed very distressed when he heard about Heather fainting to me. I just think he has a hard time showing his emotions, sort of like Victor. I think he cares for Heather very deeply, but he is someone that is obsessed with his own problems, just like his old man. It will be interesting to see where this relationship with Heather is going to go....psychdiva

I have a feeling the writers originally intended for us to NOT like Adam. But the character is so wishy-washy that most of us don't even know if we like him or not. In fact, the only characters I really like are the ones from 25 years ago, and that's probably just nostalgic value. The only characters I strongly dislike are the ones with boring lines/situations. Please, writers, make us feel a little passion and/or loyalty!!!

This is spoilerish from today's Cdn show.... click & highlight if interested: Heather's tests at the hospital seem to be pointing to something that is more complicated than a pregnancy. Nothing at present more definite than that.

Not all characters are black or white. In fact, that best ones are nuanced. Adam has shown a caring, tender side. That's a big reason why Heather is with him. He has aspects of both Victor's and Hope's personalities. That's what makes him interesting.

If nothing else, our Tarzan-in-a-suit learned one very important thing today. Heather will NOT take any of his guff and he will NOT ride rough-shod over her on his way to the top of the Newman tower.. I like Adam, but.........GO HEATHER!!!

ITA. Adam definitely needs a strong woman who's able and willing to stand her ground. I really appreciated Heather in those scenes. eom/faysie
