Additional Comments: Why did they pour her into that grey skirt -- it looked like it was spray-painted on, it was sooooo tight. It even gathered up towards her waist since she has put on so much weight. When she walks in high heels, she reminds me of Miss Wiggens, Tim Conway's secretary (portrayed by Carol Burnett in years past). GUH!!! Also, the wide-belted look for her is a no-no. I'm so surprised she even consented to wearing this garbage. Now Jill is wearing those wide belts and it makes her look like a horse with a cinch on her belly. What a stupid fashion statement.

I knew as soon as I watched Nikki on Y & R over the weekend in the grey skirt I would come into work and post on it. Come on, who even leaves THE HOUSE when you put on a skirt and its that damn tight over the hips, butt and belly??? Nobody I know, for sure. What were the wardrobe personnel thinking? What was Nikki thinkiing? Geez louise.......bad, bad ,bad..... You can't tell me they can't afford to buy Nikki some skirts that are right-sized for her. Talk about a fashion faux-pas//somebody get me some blinders!!

Okay, I have a thought, do you think Nikki is suppose to be looking like a mess these days to emphasize how her life is turning into the disaster Victor warned of ?From day to day her outfit, hair, attitude is like a hurricane, her life is terrible. She barks at everyone except Victoria , and only because her daughter now treats her like the child.Then where she almost had a drink, they are digging up some bad past habits here, will they have her break down and go into a rehab for her nerves and because she now needs professional help ? What do you think ????

No, I don't think the bad fashion for Nikki is on purpose. I think TPTB actually think she looks good. ~i&b

I had a belt like that in the 80's . Maybe they're making a comeback. I was thinking that today when I saw it that maybe I should have kept mine but I really did'nt even like it back then.

I had belts like that in the 80s too. They weren't very comfortable. Everytime you bent over, etc., it would dig in to your flesh. eom/faysie

I haven't watched today's epi yet, but if it's carryover from yesterday's outfit, it's another fashion disaster for the the Nikster. Although, I thought the neckline of the top and the accessories were an improvement. Her hair looked nice, too. BUT THAT SKIRT! Just the contrasting color alone cut her right in half. Does no one edit this woman's choices?

I agree that the black top and grey skirt cut her right across (and emphasized) her middle... and made her rear end look larger. Not a good idea. I've said this before... I really don't understand what the stylists are doing. I'm not a *professional* and I know better than to wear such combinations. eom/faysie

I did notice today that the skirt made her rear end stick out. I hadn't thought of Mrs. Wiggins, but Nikki's skirt was about that tight. Loved that skit of Tim Conway and Carol Burnett. Course, I love Carol in whatever she does. ;)

Yes Miss-es-ah-Wiggins! I rewound about 4 times when she got up and went to the door just to see if I saw what I thought I saw. Somethings going on with the actress but I'm not sure what.

that's when I really noticed too... Skirt too tight, really pulled way too tight around rear, bunched just below her waist.. don't the stylists look at these things?

Nicki often wears skirts that look like they are at least 2 sizes to small. I have to wonder, especailly after seeing her pic at the emmy's, if this is not some what driven by the actress? I have known people that will pour themselves into a former size rather than just wear what now fits. To my memory she is the only one on the show that wears clothes that are to small (others wear bad clothes don't get me wrong) so I just have to wonder?

I wasn't impressed by her Emmy outfit either. I didn't think it was very flattering. I'm also starting to wonder if we're not seeing some of MTS's personal choices here. . eom/faysie
