Additional Comments: I'm glad that they addressed the fact when Nikki & Victoria were talking about how she quit her job, and she said that it wasn't the money issue, but that she really wanted to work. Most of the times you never hear people who are well off ADMIT that there isn't any money issue.

Message: I don't think it's unusual to call her baby the baby. And why shouldn't she quit working at Newman's. She most likely should have mentioned it to JT since he works there but she shouldn't be concerned. She knows she doesn't have to look for a job. She knows a job is always available with her mother or with Nick. Nick, Vikki, Jack, Ashley, and that gang never had to look for a job. A job was always there for them. I wonder if they ever had to write a resume. I wonder if they even know what a resume is.

Message: To me, Victoria's art and being able to afford a nurse/nanny would provide the perfect career choice for her. Build a studio and paint. Or teach art part time at a local college. Why would someone with money and talent want to be humiliated and talked down to in a business with her father at her age anyway.

Message: I think the answers on this board explain why women don't like to admit they want to work- not have to. Women who don't want to work or women who don't work and stay home with their kids always seem to think their choice is the "better mother, better person" one.

Message: Maybe it's just me, but Victoria sure has a ho-hum attitude toward Reed. When Nikki mentioned she'd have more time to spend with the baby now, Vicky's response was sort of, "Oh, yeah, THAT." Children are tiny for such a brief, brief season in our lives. Victoria acts as though spending even a day away from the office is a life choice. She doesn't realize how privileged she is.

Message: Yes, it is nice that a person can go to work, not for the money, but for the pleasure of just doing the job.
Also...I didn't see today's show yet, but if I were Victoria, I would have told Victor, "Take this job and shove it!!! You got that!!!"

Message: She seemed very detached when talking about Reed. Twice she referred to him as "the baby". Seems odd, since she was so excited during the pregnancy.
