Ryder - he is SOOOO not HOT, and SOOOO creepy...and constantly without any story...just whining that he had such a terrible childhood and he's so glad he found his big brother
Eden - if not gone, at least a decent recast - her voice is grating and her hairstyle looks like she is waiting to star in a movie with Elvira - she's a girlfriend to one of the richest kids in GC but she looks like she just arrived from the refugee camp
Ashley - can't stand it that everyone believes she is sane after all that she went thru/did and she is supposed to be caring for that baby - she obviously can't handle a teenager and can't explain her mental state or even her divorce so how can she handle a baby or anything else - someone commit her to a mental hospital for the rest of her life.
Abby - send this one to a military school for girls - she needs to be straightened out and Ashley surely can't do it...and there isn't anyone else around that could get thru to her either...put her in some fatigues and put her @ss to work...a concept I'm sure she is totally unfamiliar with
Patty/Dr. Peterson - this has come to its conclusion - Patty is insane and there isn't any hope for her, Dr P is a dead-end - Jack shouldn't be involved with her - it's just too creepy a prospect and definitely not Paul - that's bordering on incestual...I like the actress...but the storyline is just over...ship them both back to Minnesota.
Glo/Jeff - tired of their constant scheming to get $ or whining that they don't have any $ or stupidity and losing the $ when they have some...it's beyond OLD already and they keep involving Michael in their schemes, either to get them out of trouble or help them...he should have other things to do.
ALL OF THEM BE GONE, PLEASE!!!

I DEFINITELY want Deacon gone yesterday! He is the one of the most unappealing soap characters I've EVER seen (and I've been watching soaps for thirty-odd years!).
Let Ryder play his story out, be exposed as a fraud and disappear.
I'm not fond of Lily, but she's a core character, so it would be a mistake to dump her, but backburner her for a long time.
I'm also not fond of Abby, but she serves a purpose, provoking Eden, Noah and the other teens. I'm actually relatively impressed with the actress, playing a character who is so thoroughly unlikable, and the character seems fairly authentic, the spoiled brat daughter of Ashley Abbott, would pretty much behave like this. (By contrast, I'm really starting to like Eden, and have liked what little I've seen of Daisey thus far.)
First and foremost Victor to be gone for good. A close second is Ashley who has been an absolute horror since her return last year. All her incarnations, nutso, drooling over Victor, bitch on wheels now, are grating and boring. She can take her silly daughter with her.
Lily, Cane and Mac - Go to Norfolk to have the baby and let Mac stay with them
Dr. Peterson/Patty - Enough already. The writers were wise enough in the past to write out homicidal characters (with the exception of Sheila of course) once they were committed or arrested
Ryder - So sick of Kevin whining about his alleged brother
