Message: I am defintely in the minority on this one but I'm glad Eden is back too. Vanessa Marone is a pretty young girl and this show needs some more youth in it. It is the "Young" and the Restless right ?

Message: They've already had two actresses play this part and both of them are terribly nasal. Don't know why they seem to think that particular quality is so important in Eden but I find her voice off-putting.

Message: I like her too, and she seems like the kind of girl someone like Noah would indeed go for, not a bubble-headed "makeup and nail polish" kind of girl, but someone well-read, who thinks for herself. I liked that on the same day, Abby got chewed out for blowing off school, Eden's teacher told Lauren that Eden spent a half hour discussing "The Bell Jar" (and if seems right in character that Eden would be a fan of Sylvia Plath, doesn't it?).

I like Eden a lot-- she's very refreshing and "real." She reminds me of the girls who used to play smart, cynical sidekicks on TV shows back in the '70s-- Susan Myers of James at 15/16, especially.

Message: I know Eden has gotten a bad rap on this site but I'm glad she's back. She's somebody so different from Abby and Daisy that I enjoy the contrast. I was surprised that Daisy warned Ryder to stay away from Abby...I thought for sure that she'd be helping Abby get to 'know' Ryder. I don't mind Eden when she's not sulking and growling at Michael and lauren..when she's just a regular teen hanging out with Noah. She certainly is better than the silver chipmunk, Deacon trying to blackmail Amber crapola.
