She held back a winning hand to set him up for later. She is a classic hustler, straight out of every pool- and card-shark movie ever made. I can't believe David, with all his experience, didn't spot her as such immediately. Ditto Brad. ("Gee"--bats eyelashes--"I've never played poker before" etc. while she just happens to be carrying a deck of cards to the bar? Duh!)

David was sweating, nervous, and impatient...classic signs of a gambling addict. Skye was practically licking her chops.

She's either plotting to go in for the kill or else she's weirdly attracted.

As already mentioned she did hold a winning hand but my reaction was that she's up to something. But, we'll see. We know she deliberately didn't play the hand.

Btw....I rather like this Skye girl. She's interesting.

I really like this character as well and I think it has a lot to do with the actress herself. I think her acting abilities are very natural and not forced. She's very convincing and I like her scenes with Adam, they complement each other well. They're actually a refreshing couple to watch, no doom and gloom hanging over their heads like other Y&R couples.

Maybe she just recognized a losing gambling addict from other tables she's been at. LOL They all have that desparate look about them. :) ShirleyB
