Listening to Phyllis on today's US show trying to explain to Jack why she feels that Amber is no good for her son, Daniel, made me laugh out loud! Every reason she gave Jack as to why Amber is no good for her "precious son" sounded just like she was describing herself!

She told Jack that Amber had given birth to a son who wasn't her husband's. I loved the look Jack gave Phyllis when she said that and could not believe it when Phyllis shouted, "No! My situation is totally different!!" Yeah, bitch! You drugged a guy, got him into bed and then passed off your unborn child as his by making him think you two had slept together (all the while, she knew she was already pregnant by someone else).

Then, she told Jack that Amber has a history of "lies, criminality, and scandal". Bwahaha! I cannot even believe she said that!!

Finally, as an excuse for why Amber and Daniel should not get married, Phyllis said that Daniel has a history of impulsive marriages and that he should listen to HER about marriage. Huh? How many times has that hag been married???

I hate it when Phyllis talks as if she's the salt of the earth because I find it offensive. It's as if the writers want the viewers to totally forget about her history on this show.

I loved how uber-dramatic Phyllis was when biotching to Jack about Amber. Jack's reaction was so right-on! Phyllis just can't quit sticking her nose into Daniel's business. She is over-compensanting (or something something) in the protective Mama department. Daniel is a grown man, stuip in love and can make up his own artsy fartsy mind. Besides, its too late now, Katherine - the Great , pronounced them legal.

I have no problem with Phyllis objecting to Daniel marrying Amber. He was happily married to Lily when Amber came into the picture, and ever since then, all Daniel's interest in Amber has done is cause trouble for him, time after time after time.

So I think Phyllis is right to object; I just think she could have cited some far more justifiable reasons for objecting than the ones she used, plus she could have even humbled herself by saying that part of the reason she objects is because she now acknowledges that she did some similar things that ended up causing misery in men's lives.

She has a valid reason for objecting, but she sounded like a self-righteous hypocrite.

Phyllis loving Nick wasn't even the point. I want patty34 to say with a straight face that the reasons Phyllis gave for disliking Amber couldn't also be said about Phyllis herself. Do I think Phyllis has a right to be skeptical of Amber? Of course! But the specific reasons Phyllis gave when talking to Jack sounded as if she were talking about herself! Even PHYLLIS got it! LMAO! It is funny when Phyllis herself acknowledges her flaws before patty34 does.

No Phyllis should be thrilled that her son is married to a ditz that has gotten him into one disaster after another. Since Phyllis has been constantly bailing that idiot out of trouble that Amber got him into, she has every right to be ticked off. I dont' believe Daniel is Phyllis son. He is too stupid.

I did enjoy that Jack let her know what he was thinking without saying a word and she caught.

I liked Phyllis and Jack when they were together. I don't like her with Nick and I am not seeing any potential chemistry between Jack and the doctor.

I loved that scene, too. Jack is great with facial expressions, and what he wanted to relay to Phyllis, was what we were all thinking!!
