Additional Comments: Of course Victor's bad manners are nothing compared to his rudeness in general in the nasty things he had said to Nikki, his absolutely ignoring Victoria's judgments, etc. but I suppose it sounds picky but I found it annoying that Karen stepped aside for Victor to enter the room when he should have stepped aside for her. He didn't even say,""Excuse me"". I suppose I'm being picky but I'm very annoyed with Victor these days. He's annoying most of the time anyway but I'm feeling it even more at the moment so I'm feeling particularly picky.

I noticed that too and thought he was extremely rude and ungentlemany. I bet he gets into the elevator before any woman who is waiting for it too, lol.

You know, I caught that too but didn't really think about it. It's normal behavior for Victor to expect everyone else to yield the right of way to him since he's the head honcho and everything. But you're right, it's extremely rude - a gentleman should always step aside for a lady. Victor is certainly no gentleman.

The view through that doorway is narrow. Had Victor stepped back to allow Karen to pass, he would have stepped at least partially, if not completely, out of the shot. The director probably staged the scene exactly the way it played so that all the actors were in the shot.

But, you're right, he could've at least said "excuse me."

I didn't notice, but Victor is rude and lately I can't stand the sight of him and can't stand him PERIOD. It would be so nice if they got rid of him altogether......he does nothing for this show except drag it down. He's a scowling, heartless, senile, nasty, male chauvinist pig.

Sorry jpa...couldn't disagree with you more. Victor is a VITAL part of making the Y & R show what it is. If he were removed from the cast I for one would stop watching. But isn't that what makes life interesting...differences of opinion. ...OLDTIMER

ITA, I would LOVE for Victor Newman to be off the show. He is a disgusting person, all he does is stuff his face then talk while his mouth is full. Mumbles all the day and seldomo looks at people when he talks to them. He is one rude person!!

I noticed it as well. I'm surprised he didn't ask Karen to bow before TGVN.

I am a Victor fan, respect his clawing his way up in the business world etc etc, but he is annoying me lately . Can't stand his infatuation with Sabrina, it's disturbing to watch. But I suppose that will all change in the near future, Victor doesn't stay with anyone for too long. How sad.
