I'm afraid that you're right mm3, the writers also think that our memories are shot, too. They keep dropping storylines and then completely rewrite Y&R history. ..............CarolM

I like Adam a lot. He's a multilayered character, hard to pin down, tricky. He mixes things up in the Newman family in a potentially interesting way.
But I don't like Skye at all so far. She smiles constantly, kind of like Phyllis, and comes off too one-dimensional: "I'm a cocky, play-hard gal." If TPTB keep her around, I hope they give her a lot more nuance and shading.

I think Adam is a keeper. Like Victor, Jack, and Michael, Adam is a complex character, neither completely good nor completely bad. So much more worthy of airtime than other newer characters like Amber and Sabrina. The jury's still out on Skye. The actress has loads of personality and I think the character has potential to stir the pot in Genoa City. I'm waiting to see what the writers decide to do with her.

Me, too! Like them a lot. They seem very comfortable with one another and there's also chemistry.

I like them too. Their relationship is interesting. I like how she has some ''guy'' characteristics. Sleeps with him, loves him as a friend but maintains neutrality. What a nice change to see a female not portrayed as needy, possessive, whiny or heaven forbid, crying IMO.
Adam....face of an angel but oh that mind. On the rare occasion when he breaks into a smile (as when he taunted Victoria about her brother being her only competition or when he called Sabrina Frenchie lol) I just love it. His face says so much without much animation. After Victor told him to move into Victoria's office, I saw a tiny flash of worry or guilt or something.
I dont know that there's anything he could do that would make me FF his scenes.

Oh, I think Adam is quite chock-full of humanity in all areas and knows how to play his cards to full advantage. He knows his assets like Skye knows hers and nothing is a co-incidence with either of them. I'm not sure if Adam got wind of Brad's poker game talk at the club where they all converge and chat. You know he has mega-hearing powers and a neat filing system in his head for when the info is needed. He surely was the blabbo who told her when to be at the bar and who to look for and play it up to, to get in. It looks to me like Adam has many targets in this town to work his wiles with. He's the interesting one to watch now.

I like them also. I really enjoy Adam and I thought the scenes with Syke were fun but I don't really expect she will be around long, hope I'm wrong.

I don't know what the purpose was of bringing Skye to town. She wasn't lured there to play in the poker game, but she sure did get invited there fast. And ususally, if you come to town to visit someone, you don't take off and get together with a group of people you have never met before for the evening. Something fishy is going on there, and you can bet that Brad is behind it.
