Topic: Can't Jill for once talk to Cane about her other son?

Additional Comments: Jill tearfully told Cane about how she fell off the chair and miscarried. Yet, I don't recall a time when Jill talks to her baby boy Cane and even refers to Billy. Cane seems like a spoiled only child with Mum talking to him and thanking heavens that she has him now. Billy is the forgotten man in that household.

Message: It bugs me too, but it's a fairly standard soap practice not to mention characters that have been written off the show. They do that on all the shows. What bugs me more is when they fail to mention characters that have NOT been written off the show, i.e. Miguel, Mary, Doris, etc.

Message: It would be nice to see Jill talk to Cane about alot of things beyond "how special he is to her" and referring to him as "my son" I would love to see her talk about not only Billy but also the child she rasied as Phillip. I think TPTB really missed a great story line for Jill and Katherine by not further exploring who that child and ultimately man was. I have always found Jill to be a pretty one dimensional character that I did not like and this, although absurd, SL about the child switch IMO offered a great showcase for Jill to be more interesting and it has been wasted.

Message: I'd love to see Billy come flying back and we'll have Nick/Adam/2. Only reversed, Billy being the resident (formerly) son and Cane being the buttinski. I think that Cane would actually like having a brother and they could conceivably hit it off and be just the opposite of the Newman boys. Bring it on!

Message: It's just silly that Jill never mentions her other son. If they don't want to recast the role Jill and Cane could simply mention they're flying to Hong Kong to visit Billy for a few days. I'm always mystified that the writers don't see how simple it would be to acknowledge missing characters by just a sentence or two now and then.

Message: I'd like to see Billy return & get back into the family picture, but only if he was played by David Tom!
