Additional Comments: Billy changed into this Playboy now he's almost a caricature of a swinger. When David Tom played him he was a one woman man when he fell for Mac. Billy was then recast as was Mac and nu Mac and nu Billy got married and were stopped by John and Jill from consummating the marriage (they were waiting for the wedding night); Jill and JOhn said they were first cousins because Jill found she was Kay's daughter. Did this change his character, the writers never explained this.

Message: Gee, I remember Billy was working with Brock building houses for the impoverished. I don't remember how he jumped from that to being sent away by Jack?? But he was mending his broken heart by helping others.

Message: Well, I was thinking about that. When Chloe was talking about how she got her heart broken, that can really change a person. Billy had his heart broken with Mac. I know it is hard, close to impossible to ever really trust again after something that hurts so much. Perhaps that is what brought Chloe and Billy together in the first place. But, anyway, I think it could cause him to change in such a way that he doesn't let anyone *in* close enough to get hurt again. So, I feel that this could be realistic. I hope that they will eventually come out with this in the s/l and make him show a vulnerable side, like his Sister Jack.

I really like the nuBilly. He even looks like he could be Jack's brother. Yes, he has changed a lot but remember when he was involved with Mac he was a naive young teenager. Several years have gone by and he's been in Paris at Jabot and obviously has evolved into a worldly aggressive executive who, IMO, seems to be an intelligent and charming man. I also like Adam (Victor Jr.) as a new character in this soap. I hope they both stay for a long time.

Message: Exactly what I was thinking as I watched Billy today. This actor is very reminiscent of Jack at that age--charming, enjoying the good life, sort of a cad with the ladies. I'm afraid McKenzie would take a very dim view of this version of Billy.
It seems highly unlikely thiat this Billy would have been involved with Old Mac Browning or been best friends with ROWL.
This new incarnation would have been partying with Britt (and Danielle ... and the three Heathers .. loll!) and been planning beer busts with JT. Speaking of which, that encounter should be interesting.
