Additional Comments: Afterall , Everyone deserves the right to try to have dignity and Phyllis is awful to Amber. She really goes out of her way to embarass her by demeaning her in front of clients or just around the office. I'm happy that Sharon, Nick and Jack went against Phyllis on their decision to make Amber the" Restless Amber" spokesperson. She deserves a chance @ success.

Phyllis is so insecure, and surely she sees all her own glory in Amber. She sees herself and hates it.

Phyllis is so unprofessional that it's hard to believe she's held high-powered, responsible jobs for all these years. In the past, aside from her feuds with Dru, she was portrayed as very competent at work. But now all her actions at Restless Style are based solely on personal vendettas against Sharon and Amber. She never seems to contribute anything for the benefit of her business.

She's so busy and preoccupied spying on what Sharon and/or Amber are doing that she doesn't have time to come up with any of her own ideas. Gawd forbid if one of them should have a good idea, and the guys actually liked and supported it. That would jeopardize her illusion of being in control... and in fact it did. I'm not a big fan of Amber and she does act silly and over-the-top enthusiastic, but isn't she working there for free? I seem to recall that. And, yes, Phyllis treats her similar to the way Jill treats Gloria. Demeaning, obnoxious and making snide remarks and faces. Phyllis acts more immature than Amber does at times.

I really wish someone would knock Phyllis off her *Nick's wife* pedestal. I was VERY happy that they stopped the story with Adam *hitting on* her!

I don't recall anything about Amber not getting paid.

Even better IMO, they all should have been intelligent enough not to hire her in the first place.

I would have fired her the first week. She is supposed to answer the phone but she is always somewhere else, sticking her nose in where it doesn't belong. Fire her Phylis.tj

Phyllis is very hypocritical about Amber. She's done many things in her past that are far worse than anythiing that Amber can take credit for to date. She may not approve of Amber's relationship with Daniel, but they are both adults and she should mind her own business. (Oh wait - this IS Phyllis - that's an impossibility!)
