I just can't see Nikki and Paul ever hooking up again. There's so much water under that bridge and they've spent way more years being friends than they ever did being horizontal. I, for one, prefer them as old friends much more. They're comfortable together and HONEST with each other but if they hooked up again, everything would just get WIERD. One thing you can say about Paul, he doesn't get bitter over divorces/breakups, he just turns his exes into good buddies, ie. Nikki and Lauren.

I don't think so. I think they're just trying to find something for Paul to do, so he will probably investigate David for Nikki. Maggie disappeared without explanation. Tammy Lauren was a friend of Lynne Marie Latham's so she was sacked once LML was gone.

I read on Tammy Lauren's site that she was the one who left. She wasn't getting much work at Y & R and wanted to do other projects. I don't know why they didn't write her out properly on the show
