Topic: Glitter..............

I just wanted to praise your enthusiasm.  I know the twists and turns of life are probably as difficult for you as they are for the rest of us... but you somehow manage to hang on to the good stuff.  As people post here on the board after awhile a profile starts to emerge and even though we can't see each other physically [except those that can post pictures] we do get a glimpse of people's souls...

You have a beautiful soul and I'm proud to call you friend.

OT--that is such a nice thing to say and i'll jump in and agree with you! after actually seeing her paintings and how she sees things i'm amazed. then again, many of the posters here amaze me with their talents and their kindness.

then we have those VERY couple, that feel they need to bring someone down. i just don't understand...if you don't like the poster or the topic, why bother clicking on it to get all hot and bugged? noone is holding their finger down to every single topic.

i feel people who bash one another, pick on someone because of their topics or lives, just are really miserable themselves and feel the need to bring someone down a notch.

GLITTER--you just show what all of should already know--turn the other cheek!

and i love your pictures and oldtimer is right, you do have a beautiful soul!! don't ever change!

Carmen... ditto on what you said. We have a choice when it comes to what and how we respond here on the board [and actually in life period]. I'm trying to focus on the fun, happy and uplifting posts and get really angry with myself when I allow myself to get sucked into the negative stuff. There's plenty of that to go around in the world. Thanks for the kind words.. I think of you as a friend also. I'm in the midst of getting ready for dinner..wet nail polish and checking make up. The hubby's taking a nap right now and a friend's taking his on call duty for a few hours tonight as so he can celebrate his 60th birthday. He's going to be on call from work eight more days..

I cant be bothered by who gets upset over a post..I've no idea why some posters here spazz out..it's a waste of energy..one may make you laugh or get red in the face angry. The ones getting angry over petty stuff are most likely guilty of doing something and see themselves..lol!
