Subject: I've been reading about the Big Berkey. It even removes baceria. I didn't see anything in the reading material about the water filter removing fluoride. Tap water smells like chlorine: chlorine must be added to kill bacteria. If dentists quit putting fluoride on people's teeth, and told people to brush with a non-fluoride toothpaste, would they lose their licenses? I once saw a dentist who proudly stated that he stopped putting mercury fillings in teeh twenty years aog. Yet some ignorant dentists still put mercury fillings in teeth. eom
