Subject: Here in the States when I was a child I remember we used to get a red poppy for something and people would pin them on their lapel but I can't for the life of me remember what it was for, I do remember the term Armistace Day but never really knew what that meant... I was quite young. Any one know? Maybe we celebrated the Canadian holiday???? Hope this doesn't sound stupid... oh well... too late. lol .............. OT
